LED Regional Sales Manager

The tasks may contain but not limited below: 

  • Develop, organize and implement sales plan for the Region.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales goals in the Region. 
  • Provide business development within the Region, which includes identification of market areas,strategies for acquisition of potential targets and implementation of a proactive sales strategy to penetrate targets. 
  • Leading the accounts within the regional teams and increase ReneSola share in all lighting product categories
  • Develop and communicate an effective strategy for identifying accounts to be handled directly versus via channel partners 
  • Drive new sales growth across multiple channels including projects, Retail, and Wholesale segments. 
  • Identify and develop strategic partner relationships. 
  • Receive all leads in the Region, assess, and assign for follow-up either directly as a strategic account, or as a referral to the appropriate sales channel partner with follow-up 
  • Submit monthly forecasts for business, for production and inventory planning 
  • Coordinate special customer requirements with plant resources; identify and quantify new product opportunities for product line road map.
  • Report to General LED Sales Manager in order to provide feedback for future product direction, emerging technology, competitive and industry trends. 
  • Maintain effective communication and fostering a relationship of trust and respect with the accounts and sales personnel. 
  • Success is measured in terms of customer and partner satisfaction, sales growth and performance against sales goals and specific goals as assigned by management. 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related additional activities as needed. 



  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related career plus 5 years demonstrated successful  sales experience as Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in home appliances selling key distributors/retail accounts. 
  • Must come from leading LED manufacturing or distribution companies with a customer portfolio 
  • Working experience in a large-scale manufacturing enterprises (preferred) 
  • Practical experience and understanding of the lighting industry such as residential, construction, industrial markets, distribution channels, etc. 
  • Good and demonstrated management and team skills. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without company sponsorship. 
  • Intermediate-Advanced English level 
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Sales software 
  • Travel as required to meet the sales goals of the Region
